How we're responding to COVID-19

While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is closely monitoring the situation and assessing the risk to the American public, AmeriCenters is encouraging the members of our office community to take precautions to ensure their own health and safety, and the health and safety of others.

We want to ensure you that AmeriCenters is staying focused on following best practices to ensure the safety and good health of our clients, guests and employees. To that end, it is our aim to provide a clean and safe environment so you can continue to utilize our office environment. Here is what you can expect from AmeriCenters in response to the COVID-19 outbreak:

  •  Increased awareness and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of touchpoints and key contact areas by our janitorial services.

  • More frequent cleaning and disinfecting of touchpoints and key contact areas within our common areas by our staff.

  • Use of EPA registered disinfectant products.

In addition to our efforts, there are steps you can take to protect yourself and the other members of our office community:

  • Stay home if you feel sick.

  • Stay home if you have a sick family member in the home.

  • If you have travelled Internationally, please follow CDC recommendations and self-quarantine for a 14-day period – do not enter the building during this timeframe.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly and often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue.

  • Clean and disinfect the objects and surfaces in your office.

  • Consider hand shaking alternatives. Please do not be offended if our staff does not shake your hand during this time.

AmeriCenters will continue normal operations at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely understanding that it could change and will respond with further communications when necessary.
